PROGRAM FEATURES
Stories of God’s Love builds connections between home, church, school, and family. Written by a team of early childhood specialists, this program follows the USCCB’s “Guidelines for Pre-School Materials” and meets the early learning standards of the National Association of Education for Young Children (NAEYC).
Throughout 31 lessons, kindergartners' hearts are touched with the message of Scripture. Contemporary stories are told to help them make the connections between Scripture and everyday life using stories from both the Old and New Testaments. One week a key story from the bible is presented, then the next week’s lesson invites the child to relate the story to their own experiences. Ten additional lessons introduce students to the liturgical seasons and holy days.
A strong faith foundation is laid for those who will be using Blest Are We Faith in Action, Be My Disciples or another elementary religion program.
