A guide for youth ministers and catechists for use with the Fireside Catholic Youth Bible - NEXT and the FCYB Music CDs. Forty-two 60-minute session plans featuring a unique combination of Scripture based activities. Session plans include lists of materials needed, opening and closing prayers, setting the stage, large and small group discussion ideas and activities. Two special sections called "Bed Thinks" and "Mindful in the Morning" challenge teens to apply what they are learning to their everyday lives. Also includes a one-page introduction to each book of the Bible that includes the theme of the book, who wrote it, how it got its name, when the events took place, an interesting fact and a bonus point.
